Change is the only constant in life

spring-wallpaper withanopenheartdotorg1Change is consistent and inconspicuous; like growing up, becoming an adult and getting old. Change can be sweet, like meeting your soul mate, buying your dream house or becoming a great-grandparent. It can also be a pleasant surprise, like when you start a business and you have overnight success the way it happened to Annah Katuki Morapendi. Don’t let the change became unpleasant or ugly by being caught unaware by the debt level of your fiancé for those intending to get married. Also try to change the scene once in a while, by taking time to relax either alone or with family. And while away please remember to secure your home. Sometimes change hits us hard and can be brutal; like losing a loved one or losing everything you’ve worked for.

Mkazi is also undergoing changes. We’ve done away with the flip book and posted all articles online, since most of you our readers prefer to access them directly on the website. We’ve introduced categories to make it easier for you to find articles of your choice. If you would like to write for us, check our guidelines here and drop us an email. More improvements will be coming up soon to make the time you spend reading Mkazi informative, inspiring and rewarding.

Change is just an event or a chain of occurrences. What’s more important and what defines us and shapes our destiny is how we respond to change.

How do your respond to change? Share with us in the comments below.
