For The Employed Woman

I am glad to give you the details of BizzRafiki, my new mentorship program for the employed woman who wants to step out and start her own business.

What such a woman lacks is the courage to hand in her resignation letter and step into entrepreneurship. She’s held back by the fear of the unknown and the comfort and security offered by a monthly paycheque. The fact that her loving family and closest friends are not supportive of her moving out of employment doesn’t make things any easier.

She needs a friend in business to help her move past those hurdles and take the first steps into her journey in entrepreneurship. With my 12-year experience in business and my interactions with successful business people coaches and mentors, and as the Publisher and Founding Editor of Mkazi, the magazine for The Enterprising African Woman, I am in a good position to offer such a helping hand.

On Saturday 25th April 2015, I will give a talk on How to Get Started in Business.

Who is it for?
This special networking session is designed for you if you are in employment and you don’t like your job. You wish to step out but you are paralysed by fear. You have a feeling that it’s time for you to move on, but you don’t know how to do that.

What you will discover:

  • The hurdles to expect
  • The mistakes to avoid
  • How to get your first customer

At the end of the session, you will be able to take your first steps into the journey to start your own business.
